Highland Row ceramic trivets are available for wholesale purchase to approved retailers and boutiques. Please review our terms below and apply for a wholesale account to begin ordering.

Ordering Terms

  • Minimum opening order: $180
  • Orders must be paid in full at checkout
  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Production & Shipping

  • Orders ship within 12 business days of purchase
  • Shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS, depending on size and destination
  • Flat rate shipping: $19.00

A valid resale certificate is required before orders are processed and shipped. Orders may be delayed or canceled if a resale certificate is not provided.

Important: Responsibility transfers to the buyer once the order is marked delivered by the carrier.

Damage & Claims

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival
  • Damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Photos of both the product and packaging are required for any claim
  • Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement
