A valid resale certificate is required before orders are processed and shipped. Orders may be delayed or canceled if a resale certificate is not provided.

Important: Responsibility transfers to the buyer once the order is marked delivered by the carrier.

• Photos of both the product and packaging are required for any claim
• Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement

• These variations are a natural result of the production process and are not considered defects

• Wholesale purchases are intended for resale in retail settings
